Heidi Reece is a Merseyside-based photographer and art educator.
During her undergraduate degree, she pursued a creative path at the University of Huddersfield. There, she developed a unique approach that blends the bizarre and humorous through staged photography, portraiture, documentary, and still life.
Reece’s work has been featured in Source Photographic Magazine, The Wrong Biennial, and Open Eye’s Online Exhibition, she is currently in the process of having Dear Uncle Eddy, published by independent publisher 0.08 Imprints.
Her work often critically explores the conventions of documentary photography.
