Heidi Reece is a Merseyside based photographer and art educator.
During her undergraduate studies, she completed a BA (Hons) in Photography at the University of Huddersfield. There, she developed a unique approach that blends the bizarre and humorous through staged photography, portraiture, documentary, and still life.
Reece’s work has been featured in Source Photographic Magazine, The Wrong Biennial, MPC Issue 1, MPC x Open Eye Gardens Exhibition, Open Eye Photo Stories, Sovereign Design House Huddersfield and the Barbra Hepworth Building.
Her work often critically explores the conventions of documentary photography.
